How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements. If you're between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for fitted bodycon styles and going with your usual size for flowing or A-line silhouettes. Still unsure? Drop us a note at contact@lorenthelabel.com and we'll happily help.
Are your dresses suitable for weddings and special occasions?
Absolutely. Our Wedding Guest, Maxi, and Party collections are designed for memorable moments, with elegant silhouettes, considered details, and beautiful finishes. Whether it's a black-tie evening or a garden ceremony, you'll find a piece that feels just right.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Your order should arrive within 4–9 business days. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.
What if my dress doesn't fit?
You have 60 days from delivery to return your items, unworn and in their original condition. Just send a note to contact@lorenthelabel.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the next steps. Exchanges are very welcome too.
How should I care for my dress?
Each dress comes with its own care label, but in general we recommend gentle hand washing or a delicate machine cycle in a laundry bag, and always air drying. For sequin, lace, or satin pieces, dry cleaning helps preserve the finish for longer.
